To celebrate the Chinese (Lunar) New Year 2026, which marks the Year of the Horse (17th February 2026 – 5th February 2027), I have designed this Fire Horse. Approximate size of the Fire Horse, using the listed materials below, is 21cm tall by 15cm in length. This crochet pattern is for personal use only, please do not redistribute or resell it in any form. Tools & Materials • 5mm Hook • Scissors • Embroidery Needle • Stitch Marker • 20mm Safety Eyes x2 • Toy Stuffing • Cream Yarn – Head/ Ears/ Body/ Legs • Grey Yarn - Legs • Orange Yarn – Mane/ Tail • Scrap Yarn - Nostrils You may use alternative yarn and colours but be sure to use the appropriate hook size.
