Three strands held together make for a wonderfully warm and bouncy cowl. Knit in the round with subtle shaping, and an all over, easy to memorize stitch pattern, the Marley Anna cowl is a great way to play with color or stash bust, and it makes a great gift! It's fast and satisfying knit that you'll want to make again and again! **Materials** Yarn: 6 colors, c1-c6 of Emma's Yarn Practically Perfect Smalls, 80% Merino, 20% nylon, 20 grams/ 81 yards each, or a total of 480 yards in as many colors as you'd like. US size 9 (5.5mm), 16 inch circular needle, or size needed to obtain gauge. 3 stitch markers. darning needle. **Gauge** 15 sts & 24 rows = 4 inches in stockinette stitch, blocked. **Finished measurements** Circumference at cast on, 22 inches. At bind off, 32 inches. Total length: front, 11 inches. Back, 8 inches. **Skills required** Knit & Purl stitches, M1 increases, working in the round, cast on and bind off. **Pattern notes** I’ve placed “O” at the end of rounds with repeated rows as a handy little spot to check off each row as you complete them. Each 8 row repeat adds 8 sts to the total stitch count. I used almost all of my yarn, if your gauge is different and you feel you may run short you can omit one of the border rows.
