Alpine Stitch Kindle Sleeve

This is a pattern for a kindle sleeve work with an alpine stitch, featuring a button closure. I've included photos of my process to make it easier to follow along. I've created this patter specifically for my Kindle Paperwhite 11th gen, but my instructions can be changed to fit whatever size and shape your kindle or e-reader is! This was created using a 5mm crochet hook and size 4 cotton yarn. I used Love This Cotton! in shade Sage. One skein was more than enough for one sleeve, but not enough to make two. This is my first ever crochet pattern! I had so much fun making this, and I hope you enjoy trying it out :)
