Parrots

**I can add this pattern to your R library upon request (via chat form on my website).** These stranded mittens with parrots can be worked in straight or negative colors. Optional duplicate stitch embroidery adds more details (only on birds' faces). Photos and knitting by Mitt (on Ravelry). Materials: 40 g of fingering yarn in each MC and CC. Circular needles size US 0-2, depending on your gauge / size needed. Some scrap yarn or stitch holders for the thumb stitches. Tapestry needle and yarn for optional embroidery. Gauge and size: 36 sts x 40 rows = 4” (10 cm); With this gauge, mitten measures 23 cm tall, 9 cm across.
