Olcha (Alder) shawl

Olcha (Alder) is an openwork, triangular crochet shawl with a simple yet striking leaf motif. The pattern is very simple, constructed primarily of post stitches and chain stitches. The file includes a yarn guide for two types of yarn – light fingering (e.g., three- or four-strand ombre skeins) and sport (thicker, twisted fibers). The shawl is natural, lightweight, plant-inspired and full of magic. You'll need 900–1200 meters of light fingering yarn or 800–1000 meters of sport yarn to make this shawl.
