Turn R2: sc2tog, 6 sc, ch 1. Turn R3: sc2tog, 5 sc, ch 1. Turn R4: sc2tog, 4 sc, ch 1. Turn R5: sc2tog, 3 sc, ch 1. Turn R6: sc2tog, 2 sc, ch 1. Turn R7: sc2tog, 1 sc, ch 1. Turn R8: sc2tog, ch 1. Turn R10: slp, ch 10 Leave long tail for tassel. Tassel- Make a pom-pom, wrap it a few times, fasten together with a short piece of yarn, and cut loops in half into tassel.
