Turn to work across ends of brim. Hat Work 9 SC across length of brim, ch 1, turn. SC dec, sc 5, sc dec; ch 1, turn (7 st) SC 7 across, ch 1, turn SC dec, sc 3, sc dec, ch 1, turn (5 st) SC 5 across, ch 1, turn SC dec, sc 1, sc dec, ch 1, turn (3 st) SC 3 together Ch 1, fasten off leaving a longer tail to tie to bag if desired. Tassel Cut 3 pieces of yarn, 20” each Insert through point of hat – 3 pieces of yarn on each side Tie a knot. Braid using 2 strands per piece. Tie a knot. Cut end to form tassel. Melt the ICE!
