Jeanette Scarf

This pattern is inspired by my grandma Jeanette’s giving nature in the spirit of her much loved handmade gifts. The folded design makes the scarf extra cozy and provides structure, and can be worn in front or back. The smaller size is perfect for a child or a pet’s bandana. The scarf is knit in garter stitch, knitting the right side rows and increasing every wrong side row on either side of the center knit stitch. Stripes change color every six rows. Once the scarfreaches length of measurements below (orthe length you desire) fold along the center, seam the edges and knit an I-cord on both tips of the triangle, tying in a bow.
