This scarf can be made with any weight yarn and any size needle you prefer. The sample was made with worsted-weight yarn & size 6 (4mm) needles. My friend said the cables reminded her of waves on a beach, and the center section reminded us both of pebbles on a beach. Iona has beautiful beaches with pebbles, including Iona Marble.
