Minnesota ICE Out Shawl

**Minnesota ICE Out Blanket Shawl** This is a one size fits all blanket shawl - it is very large and designed to be 48" x 80". You can choose to make it smaller by using a smaller hook or a lighter weight yarn and I am reasonably confident you will still have a good sized shawl. I don't have final yardage yet, as this is still a draft and I'm still testing the design out myself (I wanted to get this out sooner rather than later), but I will update the pattern once I do. Please read the attached Pattern Notes document for full pattern details. Lastly, please feel free to change or edit any part of this you like.
