Baubled!

They also remind me of strings of lights. And, as I was working them, I was also reminded of candy buttons as they are roughly the same size and shape! These baubles only protrude from the fabric a small amount (so they don’t feel lumpy while wearing them), they don’t wiggle around, and they’re also not in danger of disappearing back into the fabric. Instructions for the baubles are fully written out, but there is also a link to an accompanying video tutorial. ----- **Sizes:** XS (or child small), adult S (M, L) or 6, 7 (8, 9)” or about 15, 18 (20, 23) cm circumferences **Yarn:** Fingering weight yarn - 463 yds (423 m) per 100g MC: 50-70g CCs: 6 x 5g leftovers or minis **Needles:** US size 1 (2.25mm) Socks may be knit with any needle method you choose, but long circular needles are preferred for picking up afterthought heel stitches. **Notions:** Tape measure, scissors with a pointy tip, stitch markers including 3 locking stitch markers, tapestry needle **Gauge:** 32 stitches and 44 rows to 4” (10cm) worked in stockinette stitch in the round. ----- Sample shown is knit in size Medium with a 9" (23cm) foot length and used 44g of MC and approximately 3.5g for each CC.
