The Whistler Hood is a warm cowl with a spacious hood. The cowl is knitted first in ribbing, fol-lowed by the shoulder section in stockinette stitch. Stitches for the hood are picked up afterward. The hood is knitted back and forth, from the bottom up, in stockinette stitch. It is spacious and features a drawstring casing with a knitted cord. **Size:** S/L (XL/3XL) **Total lenght:** 48 (53) cm **Hood lenght:** approx. 35 (38) cm **Hood circumference:** approx. 55 (59) cm **Yarn:** Sandnes Garn Alpakka Ull (100 m) **Alternative yarn:** Rauma Mitu, Drops Lima, Sandnes Garn Smart, Sandnes Garn Peer Gynt Yarn quantity: 6 (7) skeins **Recommended needles:** Circular needles 3.5 mm (40 and 60 cm), and 4 mm (60 cm), or the nee-dle size needed to achieve the correct gauge. Double-pointed needles 3.5 mm for knitting the cord. **Gauge:** 21 stitches x 25 rows = 10 x 10 cm in stockinette stitch on 4 mm needles (after washing).
