Sunny Day Slouch ( loc tam )

This pattern gives instructions for making this gorgeous slouch hat - I also call it my loc tam since I designed it to pin up my locs when I don't want them hanging down my neck. Its designed in one general size; however, it is easy to adjust the width and/or height simply by changing the hook size and/or repeating or omitting a specific round in the pattern. This pattern is written in American English with standard U.S terms. This slouchy works up quickly with awesome texture and would make the perfect gift for anyone in your life, especially the ones with big hair! Also, this hat makes a great addition to your next craft fair or market. Materials: Yarn - any 4 weight (RHSS ombre was used for this demonstration) Yardage - 175-200 yds Hooks - 6.5mm / 5.0mm Beads ( optional ) for the ends of the drawstring.
