Talisman (Light)

I thought that a wool blend would make me sweat even more. I was pleasantly surprised to realise that I was completely wrong! Since changing my mind, cotton and wool blend yarns are usually on my needles when March roll around. This year I have been playing with Robinson from De Rerun Natura, a blend of 50% recycled cotton + organic merino d'Arles, to create a very flattering minimalist summer top. Talisman Light is worked top-down, starting with a provisional cast-on on the shoulders. Front and back are worked separately, then joined together once the center mediating worked in a wrapped stitch has been done. The body is then continued in stockinette stitch. Hemline and armholes are then finished with an I-cord stitch whilst the deep v-neck opening is left raw.
