Unlike the tradition of the first two Brain Games shawls, Brain Games 3 is going to require us to think just a bit! Oh, the horror!!!! But once you get the hang of what we’re doing you’ll see it really is another soothing knit for those times when your brain just can’t deal with another complicated pattern! BG3 is a LARGE, squishy shawl with an interesting shape and lovely, soothing, repeating patterns. It starts off with an asymmetrical side, increasing every right side row until we reach the back panel, where the increases stop, and the pattern changes – just a bit! Once that is done, we work another asymmetrical side decreasing back down to just a few stitches again. **Materials:** Kits from Miss Babs can be found here: [link text][2] CC1 – CC5: 5 133yd 2-ply toes in a gradient MC: 1 400 yd 2-ply skein AND 1 133yd 2-ply toe in the same color, for a total of 533 yds of your MC in a complimentary color. This color will be used with each CC. Needles: US Size 5 **A Note on Choosing Colors:** This pattern will work best with a 5-color gradient set and a highly contrasting main color– and NO, you cannot use less than 133 yds in the 5 colors!
