**Gevaldig** is an easy “less-is-more” sweater with a casual fit and look. It is worked top down with a loosely fitted neck, heavily sloped shoulders and sleeves with only a few decreases. The small edges at neck, hem and cuffs are worked in 1x1 rib. **Sizes 1 (2, 3)** The body measurement of the finished sweater: 96.5 (113.5, 130) cm/38 (44.75, 51.25)”. The sweater will fit size XS-S (M-L, XL-2XL). **Yarn** 6 (6.5, 7) skeins - 660 (660, 770) m/ 720 (720, 840) yd, Neptune by Plassard, 43% cotton, 40% alpaca, 17% mohair, 110m/120yd per 50g/1.75oz. **Gauge** 12 sts x 16 rounds = 10cm x 10cm/4” x 4”: in stockinette stitch on needle 8.0 mm/US 11 or the size needed to obtain gauge after wet blocking.
