Barn Quilt Shawl

This pattern is also available for download as part of the 2025 Pattern Collection: Our Sky Full of Stars** *Inspired by timeless quilt square motifs, vintage crochet patterns, and quilt squares painted on barns, this crochet granny square shawl is made in two halves. Quilt stars represent a grounded star motif that allows us to grasp and feel celestial magic. The granny stitch feels like a similarly timeless and comforting motif implemented on the second half of the shawl. I was inspired by my palette of naturally dyed yarns which use an array of dyestuffs including cutch, indigo, logwood, and madder.* **Yarn** MC - 4 skeins Emtothethird Yarn Co.
