This is an endlessly adaptable pattern. You can make it any size you like and even use different yarn weights. The easy slipped stitch technique is a delightful way to play with colour combinations. Experiment with whatever yarn calls to you: use any size of scraps from your stash or pull a palette you love from your local yarn store…each stripe only needs about 3g of yarn, so you won’t be setting yourself up for future yarn chicken if you break into a few new skeins.
