Stem and Petals

Stem and Petals is a Crochet Assigned Pooling shawl. Worked flat in rows, with increase shaping on the left, front side to make an asymmetrical triangle shape. The fabric is reversible! Using two stiches, the yarn color tells you which stitch to make. The main fabric is half double crochet in the main color and accented with the contrast color Stem and Petals stitch. Finish the shawl with an optional 1X1 Post Stitch Ribbing border when there are about 20 grams of yarn remaining. Stem and Petals uses about 1,000 yards of Assigned Pooling fingering weight yarn. Crochet until you have the size you prefer, or you use all the yarn!
