It also looks great layered over jeans with a t-shirt underneath for a more casual style. The dress is knit from the top down back and forth using circular needles. Start with the top, then switch to a larger needle size for the central section, and again for the ruffled hem at the bottom. Finally, sew the back of the dress and attach the straps.
