"Magic Fit" short row heel

This easy modification for a twin-stitch short-row sock heel solves many of the fit problems associated with this type of heel (especially for those with a high instep or large diagonal): instead of making the heel bigger by adding stitches to the total count, it makes the heel *deeper* and stretchier. It's like magic!
