The striped body and sleeves can be customized to suit your yarn and your style, from subtle neutrals to high contrast color combinations. The sweater begins flat to shape the V-neck, then transitions into raglan increases. The yoke uses a compound raglan, meaning the increase rate changes throughout the yoke for each size to improve fit. After dividing for sleeves, the body is joined and worked in the round and finished with 2x2 ribbing. Sleeves are picked up and worked in the round with instructions for both short and long sleeve versions. The folded rib collar is picked up along the neckline and decreased at center front for a smooth fit. --- ### **Yarn Notes** We knit our samples in West Wool Tandem DK (100% Merino Wool, 254 yds / 233 m per 100g). It has a balance of softness and structure that holds the raglan shaping and stripes beautifully after blocking. This sweater works especially well with solid or tonal DK yarns.
