Haze Jumper

Please note: This jumper is currently only available in one size as I am a new designer and working on my grading skills. If you would like an additional size graded to fit you please let me know and I will happily do this free of charge! The garment is designed to have a finished bust circumference of 122cm. In the sample photos, it is worn with 25cm of positive ease. The jumper is wide and cropped with deep arm holes and a shallow v-neck, it is worked from the top-down using a contiguous shoulder construction. First, the jumper is worked flat and increases are made for the shoulders, then increases are made for the body and sleeves while simultaneously shaping the v-neck. The body is joined in the round and stitches placed on hold for the sleeves, the body is worked to a cropped length and then split into separate panels for the front and back ribbing. The sleeve stitches are placed back on the needle and tapered towards the cuff. Finally, stitches around the neckline are picked up and shaped around 2 central stitches. The jumper is knitted with two strands of yarn held together throughout, the sample uses a grey and pink to create a subtle marled effect. With both strands held together in stockinette stitch on 5mm needles you should achieve a gauge of 16st x 24rows in 10cm. Materials 5mm circular needles with a 60cm and 80cm cable (100cm cable optional but makes it easier to work the body circumference. 5mm DPNs for the sleeves (if not using magic loop) 4mm circular needles with an 80cm cable (ribbing on sleeves and body) 3.5mm circular needles with 40cm cable (neckline) 450g of Drops Lima (50g = 100m) sample uses Pearl Grey And 150g of Drops Brushed Alpaca Silk (25g = 140m) sample uses Powder Pink
