This is a small, light cresecent-shaped shawl made from one skein of sock-weight yarn. Sections of garter stitch are followed by sections of simple diagonal lace, creating a defined, yet beautiful fabric. It's the perfect pattern for: * Those lone, beautiful hand-dyed sock skeins that you have to buy, but you're not sure what you're going to use them for! * Saturated OR speckled yarn. * Beginner knitters who are looking to try lace for the first time. * Experienced knitters who are wanting a simple knit that doesn't require much focus or pattern-reading. * Gift knitting.
