Loose gauge helps you to get most of the drape of the yarn and makes this a perfect piece to wear throughout the whole year. The sweater is light and has a lovely, slightly boxy, straight shape, making it wonderfully cozy to wear. **Materials** ***Yarn:*** 3 (3, 3, 4, 4, 4) skeins of Singleton by The Uncommon Thread (100% Superwash Merino Wool; 475 yards (435 meters)/115g) or alternatively 3 (3, 4, 4, 4, 5) skeins of Everyday Singles (100% Superwash Merino Wool; 400 yards (366 meters)/100g). Approx. 1030 (1160, 1290, 1450, 1570, 1685) yards; 940 (1060, 1180, 1320, 1430, 1540) meters of fingering weight yarn. ***Needles:*** US 7 (4.5 mm) and US 2½ (3 mm) circular needle, 32” (80 cm) long or longer, and dpns. **Sizes** ***X-s (S, M, L, Xl, 2x-l)*** Finished chest circumference: 35 (39, 43, 47, 51, 55)”; 87 (97, 107, 117, 127, 137) cm. Choose a size with at least 5” (12 cm) of positive ease. **Gauge** 22 stitches and 30 rows = 4” (10 cm) in Stockinette stitch using larger needles.
