3S Shawl

3S stands for Super-wide, Super Simple! A wide, shallow, garter-stitch triangle with options for decorative eyelet rows, and two pretty bind-off options. While written for fingering weight yarn and small needles, more adventurous Ravelers can certainly use the same instructions with heavier yarn and larger needles ... remember, if using a heavier yarn, you'll need more of it! **July 29, 2011**: Updated pattern with expanded instructions for setup rows, picot bind-off, and crochet cast-off.
