Miffy's Cousin Hippy Bunny

Update 11/11/22: I have uploaded an updated pattern to fix errors. It also has instructions to make the bear's ears. Update 10/31/22: for the body, there is an error. Instead of R13 - 15: sc-30 sts. It should be R11 - R13: sc-30sts. And subsequent rows should be renumbered accordingly. I’ll update the pattern soon. I came up with this pattern during the time when our baby Astro was very sick from intervertebral disc disease and paralysis. I sat with him for 7 days and nights and crocheted to pass the time. I finished this bunny while he was still with us. He has since passed away and I decided to write down the instructions for the pattern in his memory. Please feel free to download and make lots of Hippy's for your enjoyment and in memory of anyone you love. I ask that you don't use this pattern for commercial purposes. I'm now crocheting another Hippy to test/correct any errors in the pattern and will post an update when I'm done. I will also update the pattern with the exact positions to sew on the ears, arms and embroider the face features.
