Winter Sky

**Winter Sky** is constructed using the Overlay Mosaic Crochet a technique that produces a dense, warm construction which is perfect for blankets, throws, cushions and other home accessories. *The pattern is a not a crochet tutorial and assumes a basic knowledge of crochet, and does not include instructions for a border.* Overlay mosaic crochet is fairly straightforward, using only a few basic stitches but if this method is new to you there are plenty of excellent tutorials online to help. Pattern consists of chart and written instructions with a pattern repeat of 26 stitches by 56 rows which can be adapted to create anything you choose. Pattern will work with any weight yarn and corresponding hook size, bear in mind that overlay mosaic crochet looks better with a tighter weave. Yarn colours should be alternate, MC then a CC. My finished blanket, without border, measures approximately 36 x 38 inches. I have taken great care to make sure there are no errors in this pattern but it has only been tested by me so please forgive any errors and do contact me if you have any difficulties.
