**SIELUELÄIN** (Suomeksi, rullaa alaspäin) **Sielueläin** (a ”Dæmon”, soul animal) is a tiny mythological animal that reflects your soul. When you are sleeping, it leaves your body through the mouth and away it goes for its own excursions. In Finland, a bird called Siberian jay has a nick name ‘sielulintu’ (spirit bird). My Sielueläin design is an ode for all spirit animals. It is dedicated to all beloved pet animals as well, as they steal a piece of one’s hearts and make a nest in our soul. This pattern is free. Please feel free to donate the price instead to your local animal shelter or animal protection charity organisation. **Information** This is a seamless sweater and worked entirely in the round. The lower body and the sleeves are worked from the bottom up and in the round until the underarms. For the sleeves, you can choose either double-pointed needles or a long circular needle for the Magic Loop technique, working either one sleeve at a time or both sleeves simultaneously. The body and sleeves are joined to work the yoke in the round.
