While this pattern was first made for two pit bull mixes whose poor ears were freezing in the cold weather, it has been adapted as a formula to fit any size of dog with any weight of yarn. Fill in the dog’s measurements and your yarn gauge, and you will have a fitted hat, no matter your dog’s breed. Can easily be dressed up with stripes, cables, colourwork, or other stitch patterns.
