Ursus Cowl

This cowl is inspired by the collaboration between my sister (a yarn dyer) and myself (a designer). We are both PNW locals who love the mountains. The image of the bear was fitting for our first design together, as she is **Bear Wool Fiber**. Since Bear Wool Fiber is a small lot dyer, and her yarns are not available in high quantities, I am also recommending Malabrigo Rios as an alternative yarn option. This cozy, double thick cowl is fun to knit and the tiny bear face is incredibly cute! The **Ursus Cowl** is a stranded colorwork pattern that is knit in the round using circular needles. A provisional cast on and Kitchener stitch provide a double sided, reversible scarf.
