Northland Sweater

The Northland Sweater is worked from the top down. The first part of the yoke is worked back and forth on a circular needle to shape the neckline, then the work is joined to continue knitting in the round. The construction of the yoke begins with shoulder increases on both right side and wrong side rows, continues with sleeve increases and ends with classic raglan increases. The rib edge at the neck is worked at the end from stitches that are picked up. The sleeves are worked in the round on double-pointed needles or on a long circular needle using the Magic Loop technique.
