LaLila Blanket Crochet Pattern by Basia Hordyńska When my daughter asked me for a blanket, I had no idea how it would look like. I just took my hook, let my little girl choose the yarn and started to crochet. Each round was the mystery until I started it. I was working like in some kind of trans and I think it was worth it. The pattern is written in US terminology and contains written instructions as well as charts. It allows you to make one piece blanket or work with smaller and bigger squares to make a blanket out of elements. The last part of the pattern is repeatable, which allows you to make a blanket in your desired size. The size of the blanket made with 400g of 3ply yarn and 3,25 mm crochet hook is approx. 100x100cm (40x40 inches). Size depends on the weight of yarn and size of hook chosen for this project. If your crochet tension is tight use a bigger crochet hook than recommended by yarn manufacturer.
