These socks come in various versions: Choose to make them with fingering or DK weight, in one or two colors. Fingering weight version shown in two colors. DK weight version shown in one color. **SIZES** S (M, L). To fit approx. Women’s Small (Women’s Medium, Women's Large) feet or a foot circumference of 7 (8½ , 9)" [17.5 (21, 22.5) cm)]. Shown in size M. **MATERIALS** **Yarn:** You will need yarn in up to 2 different colors. *Fingering weight:* Shown in the two-toned version. I used 3 skeins of Peppino by Rhichard Devrieze (100% merino; 226y [206m]; 65g). For color 1 2 skeins in colorway Trembling Aspens; and for color 2 1 skein in colorway Charcoal. The yardage required of each color is approx. 226 (282, 339) yards [206 (257, 309)m] in color 1 and 68 (90, 113) yards [62 (82, 103)m] in color 2. If you wish to make them in only one color, the total yardage required is 294 (373, 452) yards [267 (340, 412)m] of fingering weight. *DK weight:* Shown in the monochrome version. You will need 1 skein of Merino Silk DK by Tíntica (70% Merino / 20% silk; 273y [250m]; 100g) in colorway Mild, or approx 218 (245, 273) yards [200 (225, 250) m] of DK weight yarn. If you wish to make them in 2 colors, you will need about 178 (195, 213) yards [164 (180, 196) m] of color 1 and 40 (50, 60) yards [36 (45, 54) m] of color 2. **Needles:** Fingering weight version: US1 (2.25mm) dpns or long circular needles for magic loop. DK weight version: US 2½ (3mm) dpns or long circular needles for magic loop. **GAUGE** Fingering weight version: 34 sts and 42 rounds to 4” (10 cm) in Stockinette St on US 1 (2.25mm) needles. DK weight version: 25 sts and 36 rounds to 4” (10 cm) in Stockinette St on US 2½ (3mm) needles.
