A few short rows are worked to shape the shoulders and neck, then the stranded colorwork yoke is worked. There are options for straight sleeves with fitted cuff or shaped sleeves with long cuff. This design is suitable for fingering or sport weight yarn. Choose 2 or multiple colors for your yoke - charts are provided for either option. With the short chart repeats, there aren't any overly long floats. The motifs are easy to knit and suitable for both beginners or those with plenty of colorwork experience. Arata is well suited to many types of yarn: handdyed, gradient, or your favorite millspun. There are 9 sizes for you to choose from.
