Baby Hat Scrapbuster

A much requested pattern so I finally came up with the crochet version of my Knit Baby Hats Scrapbuster! It employs a variation of single crochet called the “waistcoat” or “knit” stitch and it really DOES look like knitting! ALL SIZES AVAILABLE! (Baby hat is demonstrated but I give instructions for how to size this for anyone.) ANY YARN WEIGHT It's constructed by measurement and not gauge so you should be able to substitute any yarn.
