Horseshoe Falls

These socks were designed to highlight self-striping yarn. The stitch pattern reminded me of all the lovely waterfalls in the area where I live. Cuff down, mostly stockinette with just a bit of interesting horseshoe type cables running down one side. There is a wedge shaped mini gusset. Instructions do not include details on how to make the heel as I used the Fish Lips Kiss Heel. Any short row heel can be used in this pattern with the mini gusset. Using the other end of the ball of yarn, or another coordinating yarn for the heel will keep the stripes on the instep intact. Pattern has not been tested.
