Lauren Rose Square, a Legacy Blanket

This square is the first in the series of squares designed and named for my grandchildren. My youngest granddaughter, Lauren Rose is active, inquisitive, and so darn smart. I made a blanket using nine squares, joined and designed a border that “came from my heart”. Gauge is not important, so use any yarn and applicable hook that you please.
