Merry-Go-Baby Hat Revised

This pattern is a revision of my "Merry-Go-Baby" hat pattern https://crochetonthebrain.com/2016/01/16/merry-go-baby-hat-free-pattern/ . Originally it was available in only one size. It is now available in 7 sizes, newborn through adult. The pattern instructions have changed slightly from the original, plus, it now includes instructions for a ribbed cuff (which the original didn't have). For the smaller sizes, one skein of the suggested yarn will make up to 2 hats, but as the hat sizes increase the number of skeins used will increase too.
