A Different Granny Square

A Different Granny Square uses overlay crochet technique with very soft and draping background making it perfect for blankets. But the pattern can be also used for pillow decorations, trivets, chair pads and more! You can make it monochrome or use many different colors to perfectly match your taste and interior. It contains step by step full written instructions in English using standard crochet abbreviations and US terms (stitch guide is given in the pattern). It also contains lots of pictures explaining all the tricky and difficult places. **Crochet level:** Intermediate (front post stitches are used in this pattern). **Materials:** - Yarn in 1-5 colors. - Crochet hook 4mm (G) or the size that will give an acceptable gauge. - Scissors and Tapestry needle to weave the ends in. **Size:** The size of the finished square depends on the yarn and hook you use.
