Stitches are then picked up to knit a shawl collar with short rows (instructions and link to video provided). **Sizing** 0-6 mo (1 yo, 2 yo, 3-4 yo, 5-6 yo, 7-8 yo, 9-10 yo) Blocked Garment Measurements: 19 (20, 22.5, 24.5, 26.5, 28, 29) inches *Your size’s choice should be based on finished chest measurements as you can shorten/lengthen body and sleeves length if needed.
