This pattern includes a free video tutorial, and instructions for both DK/Sport weight yarn and Fingering (sock) weight yarn, in sizes for both women and men. This new heel shape is the best fit I've ever designed. The pattern also gives instructions for gentle calf shaping, for an excellent fit from toe to cuff.
