Perfect for summer nights if cotton is used or for winter if you use wool, acrylic or alpaga yarn. CONSTRUCTION The bonnet is constructed by first knitting a rectangle. Stitches are then picked up along one side of the rectangle, and the main body of the bonnet is worked back and forth. An applied I-cord is worked around the face opening, followed by the ties, which are then attached to the neck section.
