HKC Skirt shorts and top

It is the beginning of a new month and that means a free pattern from my hands and heart to you. For this month I tried a skirt short, you know that shorts with the skirt part to the front. That piece is the focal point so I just added a simple tube top. Materials: 8ply/DK yarn in a colour of your choice (I used Filatura di Crosa Zara and some other odd bit that has no label) any similar yarn would work. 2mm needles for a fine stitch. Tapestry needle, sewing needle & thread, small button (to keep the skirt part in place), scissors and a stitch holder These patterns are designed to fit a 29cm modern standard fashion doll like Mattel Barbie.
