If spooky isn’t your style, different colours and more traditional facial features can give your finished doll a sweeter look. It’s a design you can enjoy beyond Halloween too. Each part will reveal a little more, with the finished doll remaining a mystery until the final week. **Everything you need to make the design, including the Wee Weebee doll base, is included in this MCAL pattern.** There’s nothing to make beforehand. The Welcome PDF includes the materials list and the yarn colours I used, so you can check your stash before we begin. You’re welcome to choose your own colours, whether you want a Halloween look or something completely different. I can’t wait to see how everyone makes the design their own! **How will the MCAL work?** The Welcome PDF will be available when you purchase the pattern. A new PDF will then be added each Monday over three weeks. You can crochet along with the group or work through the parts at your own pace. **Schedule** Part 1: Monday 12th October 2026 Part 2: Monday 19th October 2026 Part 3: Monday 26th October 2026 Each new part will be added to your Ravelry Library. You’ll receive a notification when an update is available. If you purchase without a Ravelry account, updates will be sent to the email address used for your purchase. After the MCAL, I’ll replace the Welcome PDF and three weekly parts with the complete pattern and update its name. If you spot an error, please contact me so I can correct it as soon as possible. **Frequently asked questions** **What yarn colours will I need?** The yarn requirements and colours I used are listed in the Welcome PDF. **Do I have to use the suggested colours?** Not at all! You can use Halloween-inspired colours or choose a palette from your own stash. The design can also be made without a Halloween theme. **Do I need to make a doll beforehand?** No. The Wee Weebee doll base and all the instructions needed for this design are included. **When does the MCAL start?** Part 1 will be released on Monday 12th October 2026, as soon as I’m up and about here in the UK. **When does the introductory discount end?** At midnight UK time on Sunday 11th October 2026, just before the MCAL begins. **Can I buy the pattern after it starts?** Yes. You can join at any time, although the pattern will return to its full price once the MCAL begins. Any parts already released will be available to you. **Do I have to be online at a particular time?** No. The parts will be available for you to download and make whenever it suits you. **Do I pay for each part separately?** No. One purchase covers the Welcome PDF, all three weekly parts and the completed pattern when the MCAL has finished. **Can you tell me what we’re making?** That would spoil the mystery!
