Finding Silver is an asymmetrical shawl featuring three delicate cable panels set against a backdrop of simple texture. It is worked as a single piece from the narrow tip upwards. Once the width of the three cable panels has been established, the pattern settles into an easy-to-memorise four-row repeat, making this a relaxing and enjoyable project to crochet. The name Finding Silver is a tribute to my dad, who had a wonderful ability to find the silver lining in everything.
