Patchwork Granny Pumpkin

A decorative pumpkin made from granny squares and triangles which uses a smaller hook than recommended for the yarn so that the tension does most of the shaping. I used King Cole sprite for the brown one which is now sadly discontinued. Papatya Batik ( used for the purple one) and Yarnsmiths Lagoon dk both have similar properties and yardage. The pumpkin is approximately 19 cms tall in recommended yarn. You'll also need some dk yarn in a contrasting colour for the borders , sewing together and the stalk. You may sell any items made from this pattern provided they are made by you personally. I'd love it if you would credit me (where practical) as the designer when selling.
