NOTE: NO AI was used in the creation of the pattern or images. 4am sunrise in Outer Banks ( I was tired but worth it!) and good ole front porch and Samsung cell phone! Using worsted weight yarn held double for the main hat and a J(6mm) hook, the main hat works up quickly! Using smaller hooks and single strand yarn you create the eye balls and teeth (one continuous strip!) and sew them in. The eyes have been designed to have minimal ends to weave in! FULLY TESTED: This pattern has been fully tested and passed for accuracy by my skilled tester team for enjoyment for you as you work. SKILLS NEEDED: Rated Intermediate, You will need to know how to read a written crochet pattern using standard US crochet terminology, understand working in the round and marking and counting sts and placements, basic sts such as sc, hdc, increases, working in the back and front loops only, a few surface crochet slip stitches, working holding double strand yarn as one, and accurate sewing placements for best result. The sts used in this pattern are tighter amigurumi style sts that create the structure needed. PATTERN DETAILS: While this is not a step by step photo tutorial, this pattern contains 31 images to help you along. The pattern is 18 pages long, a standard PDF format, using a standard type font in 12pt. The background is without decoration for easier printing should you desire.
