I took a 12 day cruise along the Norwegian coast on a line called *Hurtigruten*. It was an unforgettable time of exploration, and admiring incredible views, but we also had terrible weather, which meant I quickly ran out of projects to knit. Inspired by the outstanding (and noticeably more elaborate) Norwegian colorwork around me, and with the only yarn I had with me, I decided to cast on a simple sweater. What's special about it? The fit. Enjoy a simple raglan sweater that TRULY fits. Hurtigruten is worked seamlessly from the top-down. **SIZES** 1 (2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 10). Shown in size 3 on a 36” (90 cm) bust. Recommended ease: 2-4" (5-10 cm) of positive ease. **FINISHED MEASUREMENTS** Bust circumference: 32 (36, 40, 44, 48, 52, 56, 60, 64, 68)" [80 (90, 100, 110, 120, 130, 140, 150, 160, 170) cm]. See other measurements in the schematic in the photo gallery. **MATERIALS** *Main Yarn (MY):* 5 (6, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13) skeins of Nordic Resilk by Tukuwol (50% Wool / 50% Recycled Silk; 147 yd [135m]; 50g); or 735 (808, 882, 1029, 1176, 1323, 1470, 1617, 1764, 1911) yards [675 (742, 810, 945, 1080, 1215, 1350, 1485, 1620, 1755) m] of worsted weight yarn. Shown in colorway 01. *Contrasting Yarn (CC):* You can use similar yarn in a contrasting color. Since I didn't have a worsted weight yarn with me when designing this sweater, I used a fingering weight yarn held double: 2 skeins (for all sizes) of Wild & Soft by Gepard Yarn (40% Wild Tussah Silk / 60% Wool; 262 yd [240m]; 50g). Shown in colorway 598. You can substitute with 280 (295, 310, 325, 340, 355, 370, 385, 410, 425) yards [256 (269, 283, 297, 311, 324, 338, 352, 375, 388) m] of fingering weight yarn (if using it double stranded), or 140 (147, 155, 162, 170, 177, 185, 192, 205, 212) yards [128 (134, 141, 148, 155, 162, 169, 176, 187, 194) m of worsted weight yarn. **Needles:** US 6 (4 mm) and US 5 (3.75 mm) circular needles, at least 32" (80 cm) long. Other notions: Stitch markers, cable needle, stitch holders, tapestry needle. **GAUGE** 17.5 sts and 28 rows to 4” (10cm) in Stockinette St on US 6 (4 mm) needles, after blocking.
