The Haven V-neck Cardi, knitted as a single piece (right front + back + left front) with no side or shoulder seams. Armhole stitches are held on waste yarn while working the body; live stitches are then picked up to knit the sleeves downwards in the round—no seaming required. Features a garter stitch front band and neckband. The result is a roomy, lightweight garment with an oversized drape, ideal for transitional weather. Available sizes: XXS / XS / S / M / L / XL, with finished chest measurements ranging from 108 to 133 cm (42.5"–52.5"). The pattern lists finished measurements per size so you can choose based on your preferred ease—+15 to 20 cm of positive ease over your actual bust measurement is recommended to achieve the boxy look. Gauge: 18 stitches x 24 rows = 10 x 10 cm in stockinette stitch, using 5 mm needles. Knitting a gauge swatch before starting is important, as the garment's fit depends directly on matching the gauge; if your knitting is tighter or looser, adjust your needle size accordingly. Materials: Drops Air yarn (or another bulky/chunky yarn with similar yardage/weight), requiring 950 to 1200 g depending on the size (see materials table in the pattern).
